The Work.
We value craftsmanship, problem-solving, and accountability in the design and manufacturing of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) tools. From engineering and CNC machining to marketing and customer support, every role directly impacts how our directional drilling tooling performs underground. The details we focus on—materials, tolerances, durability, and real-world usability—show up on the jobsite, where HDD crews rely on Borzall tools to drill accurately, withstand tough ground conditions, and keep projects moving. When we do our work right, contractors operate safer, more efficiently, and more profitably in the field.
The People.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who understand horizontal directional drilling manufacturing and take pride in their craft. Our team includes engineers, machinists, sales & marketing professionals, and support staff who respect the work it takes to build reliable HDD tools and support contractors in the field.
