Health & Safety

As the COVID-19 pandemic grows, we have implemented company-wide increased measures to help everyone stay safe and healthy. The following are only some of the measures we have taken as a company in our attempt to safeguard our workers and do our part in flattening the curve.

  • No visitors allowed in the buildings without management approval.

  • We have removed all reusable dishes and flatware from our kitchen area as well as limited access to community food storage areas.

  • Hand sanitizer, antiseptic wipes, and spray are readily available in every department.
  • We have instituted twice-a-day antiseptic cleaning schedules for all departments of major surfaces and objects that get touched.

  • We are keeping interior doors ajar where it is reasonable to limit the necessary touching of handles.

  • There is a mandatory 6 foot spacing between individuals at all times.

  • We have eliminated all in-person meetings until further notice.

  • We are using split-shift scheduling to limit the number of bodies in the plant at a time.

  • Other important measures are being taken and will continue to evolve with the need.

As an integral part of the American manufacturing sector, we are working hard to provide our nation's infrastructure teams with the tooling they need to keep our country running along with our international markets as well. We are remaining open, manufacturing new parts, and shipping daily - but we take the health and safety of our workers paramount above all so we continue to implement our Lean manufacturing processes to minimize unnecessary exposure to any health risk.

Full & Part-time Paid Positions

Our interns aren’t "coffee-fetchers" or busy on inconsequential tasks. We challenge our interns to roll up their sleeves and get experience on projects that matter to the whole company as well as the interns' future careers. Our interns work alongside our seasoned team members to get hands-on experience in a dynamic learn-by-doing environment.

Good work habits are essential. We start at 7:00 am! Once you complete and submit the application form and resume (and any supporting documents) we will reach out to qualifying candidates to schedule the next steps in interviewing. Only select candidates will be interviewed in person. A no-cost drug screening is required for all internship positions.

Internship programs are open to college students and select high school students. The application deadline for the Summer 2020 internships is March 15, 2020.
