Loyalty Rewards Program Details ( The "Fine Print")
Melfred Borzall, Inc. offers the Borzall Bucks loyalty program (“Program”) to reward the loyalty of eligible customers for qualifying online purchases made through www.melfredborzall.com. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Customers earn one (1) Borzall Buck for every one hundred dollars ($100) of eligible tooling purchases made online through their MyBorzall company account. Borzall Bucks are awarded based on spending in full $100 increments only (for example, a $698 order earns six Borzall Bucks while a $701 order earns seven). Orders placed by phone, email, or in person do not qualify to earn Borzall Bucks.
To participate, customers must maintain a registered MyBorzall login. Borzall Bucks accrue only under the designated company admin account and cannot be transferred between users, companies, or accounts. Borzall Bucks may be redeemed toward the purchase of any eligible products available on our website, including HDD tooling and Borzall Gear. They cannot be applied to tax, shipping, handling, or other fees. At checkout, Borzall Bucks are applied like store credit. They have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, outstanding account balances, or other equivalents.
Borzall Bucks expire twelve (12) months after the date they are earned. Expired Borzall Bucks are automatically removed from your account balance and cannot be reinstated. Customers receive monthly balance update emails that include notice of any upcoming expirations. Melfred Borzall, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Borzall Bucks Program, including earning rates, redemption options, and expiration rules, at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, unused Borzall Bucks will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.

What products count towards earning Borzall Bucks?
All tooling counts towards accruing Borzall Bucks on your account. A promotional product, such as hats, keychains, shirts, stickers, etc., does not contribute to your Borzall Bucks balance. For example, an order with an Eagle Claw SD, Tri-Con Housing, and Pit Bull T-shirt will only have the price of the Eagle Claw SD and Tri-Con Housing contribute to the accrual of Borzall Bucks. The T-shirt will not accrue any.
Can I redeem Borzall Bucks for tooling?
YES, Borzall Bucks now redeemable for Promotional Borzall gear found in the Melfred Borzall Gear category AND tooling across the melfredborzall.com website.What is the exchange rate for Borzall Bucks?
One Borzall Buck is redeemable for the equivalent of $1.00 USD of tooling or Melfred Borzall Gear.Can I redeem Borzall Bucks for partial tooling or merchandise costs?
One Borzall Buck is redeemable for the equivalent of $1.00 USD of tooling or MBI Gear. Because the redemption value is applied to the shopping cart and not individual products, it will reduce your subtotal. If you have $ 1,500.00 USD of tooling and merchandise in your cart and want to redeem 200 Borzall Bucks, it will reduce your subtotal to $ 1,300.00 USD. The composition of tooling and merchandise does not have a bearing on the redemption amount.Where do I check my Balance of Borzall Bucks?

Borzall Bucks are accrued ONLY for purchases completed online.Note that purchasing tooling online IS STILL purchasing through your local authorized distributor. Suppose you order online within a distributor's region. In that case, we'll reach out to your local distributor to fulfill the tooling order and ship FROM THEIR LOCAL INVENTORY. In this case, you would receive the Borzall Bucks in your account and continue to purchase from your local salesperson. To accrue Borzall Bucks, the order must originate from the www.melfredborzall.com website.
