Step 1: Submit Return Request
All tooling and/or product returned to Melfred Borzall, Inc. must have a Return Manufaturer Authorization (RMA) with accompanying authorization number. To request an RMA please complete an Return Application Form below or contact your local Melfred Borzall tooling distributor where you purchased the product to be returned. You can find your distributor here.
Step 2: Prepare & Ship
Please package all tooling and/or products to be returned properly and remember that shipping must be prepaid. Material without a RMA number or marked to "returned collect" will be refused at our dock, so please ensure all proper documentaiton is included. All RMA numbers expire 30 days after issue.
Warranty Items
On warranty consideration, all material shipped by Melfred Borzall will be invoiced until the defective material is returned for inspection. After inspection, credit will be issued for all parts deemed defective and within warranty. 30 days after an RMA number is generated warranty claims and material returns are void, and merchandise must be paid in full.
